What You'll Do

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Define and document acceptance criteria for user stories in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
Perform gap analysis between current and future business processes and recommend practical solutions.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Assist stakeholders and Product Managers in prioritizing requirements based on business value and project goals.
Assist in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarification.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating delivered functionality against business requirements.
Maintain project documentation, business process diagrams, and requirement traceability.
Monitor project progress and proactively communicate risks, dependencies, and requirement changes.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver value to stakeholders.
Capture and document functional and non-functional requirements, including usability, performance, accessibility, and security requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software development or IT services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience creating user stories, use cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis.
Knowledge of wireframing or prototyping tools is a plus.
Experience working with SaaS, web, or mobile applications.
