The Need
Volunteer interviewers faced a lot of barriers while slugging through outdated processes of interviewing veterans. There were many instances when volunteers were unable to overocome these barriers. Jean Rhodes and Nancy McNamara hired Hubspire to create a product that removed these barriers with the help of web and mobile technology.Our Strategy
The HubSpire team did extensive sketching and wireframing work while consulting with representatives of the Folklife Center of the Library of Congress. Together we decided on a proper technical scope for both the web and mobile applications.
